Kevin was promoted to CEO in January 2020 after joining Industrial Timber in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Kevin brought over 25 years of domestic & international lean six-sigma manufacturing experience in both Private Equity and Fortune 500 owned organization. He previously served as CFO / VP of Finance for Berry Global Inc, HH&S North America Region ($1.2 billion). He led the re-organization, acquisition integration and lean process improvement to successfully consolidate AVINTIV North America into Berry Global. Kevin held executive leadership roles at Carlisle Transportation Products Group and Parker Hannifin where he championed the lean transformation across the finance organization, acquisition consolidation & integration. He also led the strategy deployment process along with succession planning to achieve aggressive profitable growth targets. Kevin has been instrumental in increasing Industrial Timbers manufacturing footprint, industry leading health & safety record, building world class organization leaders and started the organizational lean transformation. Kevin drives customer obsession and is resetting the standard on quality and customer service. Kevin also volunteers his time to the Mountain Island Charter School board since 2018 and is the standing Board Chair.

Chris joined Industrial Timber in 2021. Chris brought over 25 years of finance and accounting experience in several industries including bio tech, medical instruments and middle market manufacturing companies. He led the financial planning and analysis team and the North America Controllers group for Berry Global’s Health, Hygiene and Specialties Division. Chris held executive finance roles at Medtronic, Life Technologies and Sturm Ruger Firearms. He has a passion for business partnership and problem solving through technology and the application of project management techniques. Chris volunteers his time on the School Board at Lincoln Charter School as Treasurer.

Todd joined Industrial Timber in 2006 and brought 20 years of experience of embracing innovative techniques and methodologies and employing them into manufacturing. He began his career at Pneumafi Corporation as a Senior Buyer/Production Planner and worked at Britax Child Safety as a Procurement Manager significantly growing sales. Todd has spearheaded our proprietary production management software system development and implementation. He has also pitched in as an interim CFO/controller, Plant Manager in NC and helped establish our system of measuring and benchmarking key metrics throughout the organization.

Matthew joined Industrial Timber in 2011 and brought over 20 years of furniture experience with him. He has continually advance his career working in the Furniture and Consumer Goods industry. Skilled in KPI Implementation, Lean Management, 5s advocacy, safety, quality, cost reduction, Production Management and team building. Matthew is a strong operations professional that graduated from Itawamba Community College. He has been instrumental in starting up new facilities and on boarded new customers with Lean manufacturing processes/procedures. Matt has been key leader and driving our continued growth.

Ryan came to Industrial Timber in 2022, bringing a decade of marketing and consulting experience across multiple industries to the team. A University of South Carolina graduate with roots in the commercial real estate industry and digital asset management, he brings a fresh perspective to the furniture manufacturing industry. An experienced Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, Ryan’s creative background paired with his invaluable industry experience are helping Industrial Timber to open new doors within the manufacturing industry from furniture to industrial packaging. Bringing the Industrial Timber brand to the forefront of the furniture manufacturing industry and beyond, he is excited to help our brand grow and seek out new opportunities.

Jeremy joined Industrial Timber in 2015 and brought 20 years of industry experience and a wide range of expertise in key areas of the industry such as R&D, Sigmanest, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory control, and Finance. Jeremy started his career as a shipping supervisor in 2000 and continued his career with Main Street Forest Products as a Plant Supervisor. Jeremy was promoted to Plant Manager in 2016 but has also stepped into support roles in the R&D department, opened new facilities, and managed multiple facilities since that time. Jeremy has on boarded new customers by spearheading R&D, implemented new processes, and successfully negotiated cost improvements with customers. Jeremy was promoted to Director of R&D in 2021 and supports our partnerships with continuous improvements in design and costs.

Operations Team

Mitch joined Industrial Timber in 2007 and brought over 35 years of industry experience beginning his career in 1988 as Engineering Manager and working his way up to the Vice President of Manufacturing with Benchcraft Furniture. After leaving Benchcraft, he became an entrepreneur in the upholstered furniture industry and founded his own company. Mitch managed the company’s New Albany plant for two years, then the Ripley plant for ten years and now Pontotoc. He has demonstrated loyalty, leadership and has maintained the company’s customer focus and driving continuous improvement. Mitch graduated from MS State University with a four-year degree in Industrial Engineering
