Kevin joined Industrial Timber in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and promoted to President January 2020. Kevin brings over 25 years of domestic & international lean six-sigma manufacturing experience in both Private Equity and Fortune 500 owned organization. He previously served as CFO / VP of Finance for Berry Global Inc, HH&S North America Region ($1.2 billion). Kevin led the financial re-organization, acquisition integration and lean process improvement to successfully consolidate AVINTIV North America into Berry Global. Kevin held executive leadership roles at Carlisle Transportation Products Group and Parker Hannifin where he championed the lean transformation across the finance organization, acquisition consolidation & integration and led strategy deployment along with succession planning to achieve aggressive profitable growth targets. Kevin has been instrumental in increasing Industrial Timbers manufacturing footprint, industry leading health & safety record, building world class organization leaders and started the organizational lean transformation. Kevin drives customer obsession and is resetting the standard on quality and customer service. Kevin also donates his time as Treasurer for the Board of Directors at Mountain Island Charter School.
Patrick joined Industrial Timber in 2019 with over 25 years of experience in lean manufacturing. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1993 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and immediately began his career with Schnadig Corporation. Since then he has worked in a variety of different industries including upholstery, automotive, medical devices and plastics. Patrick was most recently with American Furniture, as VP of Manufacturing, where his leadership was key in making major reductions in manufacturing cost and improving product quality. His knowledge in industrial engineering, operations management, and lean six-sigma manufacturing will help Industrial Timber to improve our manufacturing processes and drive out unnecessary cost.
Todd joined Industrial Timber in 2006 and brought 20 years’ experience of embracing innovative techniques and methodologies and employing them into manufacturing. He began his career at Pneumafi Corporation as a Senior Buyer/Production Planner and worked at Britax Child Safety as a Procurement Manager significantly growing sales there. Todd has spearheaded our proprietary production management software system development and implementation and reduced labor costs by 25% at the Taylorville plant. He has also pitched in as an interim CFO/controller and helped establish our system of measuring and benchmarking key metrics throughout the organization.
John Sanchez has over 30 years of financial and accounting leadership, helping medium sized manufacturing companies expand and grow their business. He recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Amerock Hardware, helping the company increase top line results and double profits. Prior to that he held financial leadership positions at IGM Resins and CPP International as their CFO, bringing controls and systems to accelerate growth. John joined Industrial Timber in 2020.
Ralph joined Industrial Timber in 2005 and brought over 35 years industry experience to Industrial Timber. Beginning his career at Schwieger Industries in Jefferson, WI as a Product Technician, Ralph continued to advance through various supervisory and management positions. Ralph joined with a full spectrum industry portfolio and was highly instrumental in the launch of our new mini-mill and onboarding new customers. Ralph works closely with our equipment manufactures ensuring the latest techniques are deployed along with partnership of wood mills as we test and developed new materials of construction.
Matthew joined Industrial Timber in 2017 with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple disciplines in Manufacturing & Logistics (primarily Safety, Change Management & Operations) with large organizations such as Wal-Mart, The Gibraltar Company, and Harris Teeter. As EH&S Director, Matthew educates, empowers and engages employees in safe practices across all organizational levels. He manages both the external and internal Safety brands of the organization, building confidence in our business partners and customers, while also building confidence in our employees, who are the lifeblood of our operation.
Daniel joined Industrial Timber in 2020 as a graduate of Delta State University and with an expansive knowledge of the furniture industry. Previously Daniel was a Sales Rep and territory manager for Stafast Products where he gained recognition as Sales Representative of the year in 2017. An avid entrepreneur, current business owner, and retired public servant, he has amassed not only 25+ years of sales experience, but also solid relationships within his community and throughout the entire Southeastern United States. His enthusiastic ambition along with his uncanny ability to ‘never meet a stranger’ makes him an invaluable resource to lead our sales team to new heights and to serve our current customers and future customers like never before.
